Spur of the moment I decided to make Blueberry Almond Oatmeal instead of using all that fruit for a fruit salad.
Blueberry Almond Oatmeal
1/2 cup whole oats
1/2 cup water
2/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk (I use unsweetened.)
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sliced almonds
Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Cook on stove until oats are soft and liquid is absorbed. Stirring frequently.
